Today the end of my photoproject and
the end of Peter's stay in Liverpool.
Peter left with the necessary pride and mounted some
English flags on the car of his dad.
Of they went.
I stay for the private view (PV) of Persistence of vision,
the exhibition where we developed the games for.
The morning after the PV I leave back to Belgium by train.
It was a wonderful time up here but I'm also happy to go back home,
mixed feelings.

Day 99: Liverpool's skyline by night
Today I made a trip to the otherside of the Mersey in the evening to make
a night panoramic photo of Liverpool's skyline.
This photo ask for a HQ version so: Click me for the HQ version (12500x2242)

it stared on the balcony at FACT after work
and ended for most of the colleagues with a
hangover the next day.

Day 94: Tesco
Where we have in Belgium several big supermarkets, in Liverpool (and the UK) there is only one big player, Tesco.
In Liverpool I know only one supermarket that isn't a Tesco, all the rest I immediately know are Tesco's.

Day 93: Meet Doctor Who
Fellows at Belgium, meet Doctor who!
Its a British series and we both like it.
When Peter introduced me the series by telling it was about time travelling,
I said "I'm so not gonna like that".
But it turned out the outer way, it's surprising how this series is
makes you wanna see the next episode.

Day 91: Too much
Today when I cleaned my messy room, I realized I had way too much shoes here!
2 of them are worn-out and 1 is causing blisters on my ankles.

Day 77: Mersey fog
Today we've got in FACT HQ and saw a weird phenomena on the Mersey trough the windows.
The Mersey had lots of fog and the city had none, weird to see.
I also made a time-lapse of it, which you can see on my facebook.
Day 73: Redesigning
After a weekend lake district we started redesigning the games to fit in a Victorian style.
To be honest I like this design more then the previous.

Day 67: Oh look it's green
Behind this post is a little story which is from the beginning of our stay in Liverpool.
The first time we went shopping, we were waiting at a red light, we looked left and right, no cars, but two policemen walking towards us.
We thought lets just wait because there are policemen walking.
When they got on the crossing where we stood, they looked left, right and just crossed while the red was light.
After a few days we noticed red lights just mean: look out for cars, but you can cross.
It's of course not allowed, but policemen don't do anything.
So every time we have a red light we say: oh look it's green, then one of us always responds with, a frog.

Day 66: L-Biking
Here it seems required to have an L-sign on the back and on the front of your bike,
to me it seems more than ideal to have a constant pressure to one side due to wind resistance!

Day 65: Everton, the pride of Merseyside
Today we went to the Everton-Portsmouth game,
Everton had most of the time the ball but didn't manage to score until the last seconds of the extra time.
1-0!

Day 63: Hung parliament
A moment of history in the UK, none of the parties has a majority in the parliament.
Now they need to make a coalition, which is a bold moment here.

Day 62: Election day
These boxes are on the outside of the polling stations during election day,
the parties put them there.
They hope people put a paper they get when they voted in there,
on that way they want to know how the do and who voted for them.
Its kind of weird to me, probably to other people too because there are barely papers in the boxes.

Day 60: Special powers
Tonight we went back to the park playing with a little LED light,
but now we took the flash with us.
Some special powers appeared when using my flash on Peter.
